2. Clueless (1995)
Now while Clueless technically did not take place in the summer, its Beverly Hills setting will give you that summertime feel. This coming of age film will have you falling out of your chair in laughter as you watch a preppy, rich, popular high school student that befriends the new girl and gives her a makeover that she regrets. If you love romantic comedies, you will love Clueless.
